orel has announced version 12 of its real media painting application, Painter. Among its improvements is a performance boost which Corel says makes some tasks between three and five times faster.
New features include Real Watercolour and Real Wet Oil brushes which allow you to control liquidity, viscosity, flow, and thickness. The effects of water, solvent and texture can also be added to paintings.
