Apple has released a new application for developers looking to create interactive iAds.
iAd Producer simplifies the design and production of content for Apple’s advertising platform for iOS apps, automatically managing HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
And for Javascript developers, it has a fully featured editing environment and debugging tools, plus an extension mechanism that lets you create and re-use custom page templates and components.
Once everything is in place, the ad can be previewed using the built-in simulator, on iOS devices on the local network, and over the mobile network using Apple’s test servers.
iAd Producer is free to members of the iOS Developer Program.
