by Simon Aughton on October 6, 2010

Adobe has released security updates for Acrobat and Reader, addressing critical vulnerabilites that could cause the applications to crash and potentially allow an attacker to take control of the affected system.

For details and links to the relevant updates see: Security Bulletin APSB10-21.

For crying out loud Adobe – why the hell can’t you release a COMBO UPDATE for Acrobat Pro 9.4?

If I ever need to re-install this app, I first need to install version 9, then apply no less than 8 updates to bring it to the latest version! It’s a joke.
