Apple has announced that its newest UK store will open at the Metro Centre, Gateshead on Saturday, 25 September.
The store will be number 30 in the UK and the second on Tyneside — the Newcastle city centre store at Eldon Square opened in February.
The Apple Store Metrocentre will open to the public at 10am. The first 1,500 people through the doors will receive a free Apple t-shirt.
