Apple has released updates for Safari and iWeb, addressing security and performance flaws.
Safari 5.0.2 fixes an issue that could prevent users from submitting web forms and an issue that could cause web content to display incorrectly when viewing a Google Image result with Flash 10.1 installed.
It also establishes an encrypted, authenticated connection to the Safari Extensions Gallery.
The web forms issue is also addressed in a Safari 4.1.2 update for OSX 10.4 rTiger users.
iWeb 3.0.2 refines comment and search support for blogs and podcasts published to MobileMe as well as some issues related to publishing sites to MobileMe.
