Glimpse of Intel-powered iBook fuel product rumours 11:45AM, Monday 8th May 2006
A briefly leaked page on Apple's website has fuelled rumours that the company will soon release an Intel-based successor to the iBook.

Breadcrumbing on the apple.com/ipod page pointed to a new MacBook, the name that, it is widely assumed, will be given to the new consumer laptop.

Think Secret claims that the machine will be announced tomorrow and begin shipping this week.

Several rumours point to just one display size being offered, 13.3in widescreen, in preference to the 12in and 14in traditional format options currently available.
