Apple patches iPod bugs 12:14PM, Thursday 29th November 2007
Apple has released software updates for the fifth-generation iPod and the new iPod classic and video-enabled iPod nano.

iPod Software 1.2.3 fixes a problem with 5G iPods that no longer display any songs or content after updating to iPod software 1.2.2. Apple notes that this does not mean any information was lost, simply that it has become invisible.

The update for classic and nano models is reported to address a problem with the nano's clock and with song play counts.

Both updates are installed via iTunes.
