Sony boss says Jobs is "greedy" 12:03PM, Friday 20th July 2007
Steve Jobs is "greedy", according to Sony CEO Howard Stringer.

The New York Post reports that Stringer told a "media mogul powwow" that it is funny that Jobs accuses record companies of greed. The Apple boss is the greedy one, he said, because wants a world where only he makes money.

Moderator Anderson Cooper tried to change the subject but when urged to press Stringer to elaborate, the Cardiff-born Sony boss backed off.

Wisely, given that Sony is company that illegally installed rootkit software on hundreds of thousands of PCs in an attempt to prevent its customer buyers from ripping CDs they had bought.
