Video: Behind the scenes of Apple's '1984' ad 8:02AM, Saturday 3rd March 2007
Apple's 1984 Superbowl ad, directed by Blade Runner's Ridley Scott, urged us to 'see why 1984 won't be like 1984' once the Mac was launched. Newly restored footage (embedded below) shows how grand and impressive an undertaking it was to shoot this iconic piece of film, with a cast of hundreds on space-age sets.
